Client: Gary Neville – Zerum
Project: Atrium Spiral Staircase
Location: Manchester Stock Exchange
As part of the revamp of the former Stock Exchange, Bradleys were involved with the design and manufacture of a 22-meter-tall spiral staircase. Our 3D design package allowed us to turn sketches into renders then import our Steelwork package into the Architect’s building model. Using this technology, BIM (Building Information Modelling) was key in detailing supporting steelwork and connecting to existing landings. The stairs allow access to 8 floors of boutique hotel rooms, a high-class restaurant and a VIP Nightclub to the basement.
